Banana Cake- use your stove, 

only takes minutesπŸ˜€

No oven? Don't worry! You can cook

a delicious banana cake using your

ordinary stove, i-steam lang. Simple

ingredients, simple procedure - 

Whalaaaa! You have a delicious cake

for snacks in less than an hour. 

Your apos will love it! Your 

family will love it!


No Bake Banana Cake (using steam

only)


Recipe

Ingredients:

5 ripe bananas - tundan

2 cups All Purpose Flour

1 tsp Baking Soda/Powder(Calumet)

1 cup sugar

1/2 tsp salt/ordinary salt

3/4 cup oil

2 eggs






Procedure:

1. Crush (durugin) bananas

2. Put oil and eggs








3. Mix dry ingredients separately

-All Purpose Flour

-Baking Soda/Powder

-Sugar

-little salt








4. Combine all the above together

in one bowl








5. Mix well

6. Put the mixture/dough in llaneras or 

any aluminum container

- rub a little oil in the surface of the 

containers to take out the cake easily

later when cooked 

7. Put the llaneras/containers inside big

aluminum kaserola or any cooking pot

- put water inside the pot

- do not directly put the llaneras on the

water, put them on top of a 

steamer(kanang steamer nga pakapin 

sa rice cooker)

- water is just a little below the level

of the steamer

- cover the pot















8. Boil and steam for 30-40 minutes.

- Pabukalan, inalisngaw ra makaluto

sa cake.














9. When the mixture rises, dip a

toothpick into the mixture. If no

more mixture sticks to the toothpick,

then the cake is already cooked. 

10. Take out from the pot, turn the

llaneras/containers upside down to

take out the cake. 


YoooHoo! Now you have a yummy

My 1st time using the recipe... not so

nice-looking (only used 4 bananas)

but still oooh so delicious!!!
